About Séverine

I am a resilience practitioner, facilitator, and writer working at the intersection of nervous-system regulation, embodied consciousness, and life-force activation.

Before founding Sacra Pulse, I spent over a decade as an international journalist reporting from eighty countries. This wasn't just a career; it was a visceral immersion into human adaptation, trauma, and the grit of the human spirit. That field experience remains the backbone of my work today, shaping a perspective on crisis and complexity that is as practical as it is profound.

With fifteen years of experience ranging from the high-pressure corridors of European institutions teaching Resilience to intimate therapeutic circles I bridge the gap between biological necessity and spiritual depth. My work integrates trauma-informed somatics and breathwork with the precision of tantric and yogic traditions. While my toolkit includes the navigation of expanded states of consciousness, my focus remains anchored in safety, precision, and integration ensuring these experiences serve a deeper transformation, allowing us to live with presence and in totality.

My approach is rigorous, grounded, and intentionally non-dogmatic. I move away from spiritual clichés in favor of depth, integrity, and lived embodiment.

As the founder of Sacra Pulse, I facilitate a practice space dedicated to restoring the natural pulse of life. Through private sessions and group immersions, I support people in moving beyond survival patterns and chronic stress toward vitality, clarity, and a reclaimed sense of inner authority.
